Uber Once Again Associated With The Selling Of Heroin

Uber has had everything wrong in the recent two years and the last thing it wanted was this. The Federal Drug Enforcement agents have carried out four arrests who were running a drug factory on Central Park West. These four arrested men were allegedly selling heroin that bears Uber app’s logo.

The arrested men were caught red handed in possession of two bags of around 3 kilograms of heroin from the building. These bags were branded as Uber. The open sale of these drugs is valued at $3 million. The samples have been sent to the DEA for testing

One of the four men arrested has been recognized as the driver for Uber. A representative from Uber refused to comment anything on the matter until the driver’s identity is confirmed. It is not the first instance in which Uber has been linked with drugs. During the month of March this year, there had been a case in which two dealers who were posing as Uber drivers reported sold the drugs.
