China is known to have the strictest web access around the world. The nation has recently got all VPN apps removed from Apple Store. It has also put a ban on most of the services like Twitter, and Facebook.
Facebook had been trying hard to get into the most populated nation of the world, but it couldn’t find a way to do so, at least until now. But it had to change the way it works and the name to sneak into the greatest firewall. The social media giant created an app named Colorful Balloons, which works as platform for photo sharing. Its app was released to Chinese users via a native company.
The app is much similar to Moments app, with the exception of the label Facebook. So it appears to be much like a local app. Facebook has somehow managed to get into China and it aspires to re-enter the nation with its original app soon as well.
