Amazon launched its latest Fire HD 10 tablet that is priced at $149.99. The tablet accompanies Alexa handsfree mode. The company’s idea of utilizing devices to attract more number of buyers has made it combine with the voice assistant.
The main attraction of the upgraded tab is its hands-free mode. This is company’s first move for Fire tablet that enables users to ask Alexa to do a variety of tasks like play or pause videos, set alarms, even control smart home commands.
The tablet has a full HD display and 32GB of inbuilt memory with an option to expand it via micro SD card it comes with twice as much of Ram and 10 hours of battery span.
Amazon stated, “You can also use Alexa hands-free on the new Fire HD 10 to control a range of smart home devices from SmartThings, Insteon, ecobee, Wink, and more. Dim the lights or adjust the thermostat using just your voice. Also, for the first time on a Fire tablet, you can ask Alexa to show you what’s on your smart home security camera with compatible devices from Nest, Ring, and Arlo.”
